Christmas Eve
Before dinner we decorated sugar cookies for Santa Clause. Kinsley loved stirring in the food coloring, licking the frosting off of the spoon, and putting sprinkles on all of the cookies.
Growing up, my family would often do something nice for a family less fortunate or for a widow/widower during Christmas. This year my little brother came up with a family to provide Christmas for. Each of us were in charge of finding gifts for one of the children and then my parents took care of the parent's needs. After we decorated cookies we found out the guy was at work so we went over to his house, broke in (ok, so the door was unlocked), left the presents, and ran. Then we went back to my parents house for a delicious Christmas Eve dinner.
After dinner, we acted out the nativity story while my dad read from the scriptures. Kinsley and Eric were both shepherds and I was a goat.

My brothers and I opened our present and the same time. You could hear us say, "A church DVD." then a little louder "A trampoline!" then really loud "A trip to Disneyland!!!!" It was funny, but perhaps you had to be there.
Now, if only Santa could bring me a house with a yard.....
